Weekly Wrap Up: Week 2 of Half Marathon Training

Well, I now have two weeks of training under my belt! This week was much better than the first. Now that I'm getting back in the habit of running, I have this "no excuses" attitude, just like I used to have back in the good ol' running days. I enjoy running just four days a week instead of five or six, because with the exception of Tuesday, I know that I don't have to run the next day.
